Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst (Supplier Data Management) will be responsible to coordinate, prepare, and

update select Supplier pricing, contract information, and other key master data, which may include

pricing, terms and conditions, lead-time, and other applicable purchasing data for multiple Global

facilities.

This will also include establishing, monitoring, and administering controlled processes as well as training

plant purchasing organizations to ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding ERP master data

maintenance and improvement. The Supply Chain Analyst will also be responsible for administering

business processes regarding continuous expansion and management of electronic integration systems,

which link and streamline CFT to its suppliers and/or customers.

This position will also include project work and will participate in cross-functional teams to provide

analysis and business process improvement in such areas as inventory turns, working capital, lead time

reductions, logistics, sole source elimination, supplier relationship management, and supply chain

excellence.

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.00am ‐ 12.45pm & 13.15pm ‐ 17.00pm Friday 8.00am ‐ 13.00pm (39 hours) Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor, and administer and/or improve purchasing master data maintenance and

control to ensure effective use of ERP systems to support the business. Train plant level users

in maintenance and data governance policies and procedures as required.

• Manage or coordinate the business processes with suppliers and/or customers to expand and

improve electronic integration as well as streamline business processes. Coordinate with

necessary Information Technology or other resources to achieve technical support in order to

promote electronic integration efforts.

• Perform analysis and drive continuous improvement and/or standardization of key purchasing

master data for CFT plants and processes (e.g. accuracy of lead-time, terms, pricing, etc.).

• Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives

• Compile, analyze, and validate plant information on topics such as raw material costs, project

savings, logistics, inventory turns, and supplier spend.

• Assist or develop improved reporting to support strategic initiatives such as Inventory

Reduction, spend analytics, logistic scorecards, and spend aggregation.

• Establish, expand, and administer purchase price variance (PPV) reporting and monitoring

including all processes and policies to support establishing, validating, monitoring, and

measuring PPV.

• Serve as DPLOY and Power BI super user with working knowledge of CFT varied ERP systems

Knowledge Required: The ideal candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical preferred) is preferred. APICS/ISM (CPSM)/Supply Chain certification or willingness to complete APICS CPIM or CSCP certification program (or equivalent) within two years of employment is preferred.

• Zero (0) to two (2) years or more experience in professional Materials position(s) is preferred.

• Strong Analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills.

• Must be able to deliver excellent work with little supervision.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment.

• Some experience in any or all areas including Project Management, negotiation, general commodity market knowledge, or general Supply Chain knowledge.

• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement is preferred.

• An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to job-related situations.

• Ability to learn SAP or other ERP systems, as well as manufacturing process and procedures, and the ability to share this knowledge with others.

• Computer skills in MS Office are required; advance skills are preferred.
