Production Manager

We are currently sourcing an experienced Engineering Production Manager for the Poole area. Our client is well-known in the local area and manufactures onsite, supplying customers with specialist engineering parts.

As Production Manager, you will take responsibility and oversee the manufacturing team, managing all of their needs, and direct performance.

Key responsibilities as Production Manager

• You will be accountable for the Manufacturing team, working to ensure seamless productivity throughout the process.
• Work closely with all members of the Production team
• Optimise CNC machining capabilities.
• Mentor, train, and develop your team. You will be the first point of contact for your team's needs.

The right person: Production Manager

• Must have proven and demonstrable experience in CNC Machining and strong Production team management.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• A strategic and continuous improvement focus and approach.
• Analytical and have great attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC programming
