Job Description
Holt Engineering Recruitment are looking for a Contract and Stock Coordinator to join our client in Weymouth!
The Contract and Stock Coordinator will be responsible for managing and controlling the day to day activity of all products and materials arriving and being dispatched from site.
The duties of the Contract and Stock Coordinator will include:
- Ensuring daily checks of all material handling equipment are carried out and up to date
- Inventory control and accurate recording on CRM of all goods in and out.
- Ensuring all products and material arriving at or leaving the facilities are recorded and traceable
- Liaising with, placing and expediting of sub contract orders
- Ensuring all materials are held within appropriate locations
- Assess and check the quality of all goods received and conduct reject processes when in receipt of non-conforming material
- Ensure adequate packaging supplies are maintained and fit for purpose
- Maintaining full support to production, engineering and CRM teams.
To be considered for the Contract and Stock Coordinator role you will need:
- Previous experience is essential, experience within the aerospace industry or related environment is preferred
- A methodical and analytical approach to all tasks
- Accurate attention to detail and process driven
- Be a collaborative individual and able to work as part of a team when required.
- Be PC literate
