CNC Router Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for programming and running a CNC Router to produce precision components from CAD drawings. This role suits someone confident working independently and collaborating with the wider production team to meet quality and delivery targets.

• Programming and operating CNC router
• Reading and interpreting CAD drawings
• Performing pre-use safety checks
• Working from drawings
• Moving materials using overhead crane
• Reporting defects and workflow issues
• Keeping work area clean, safe and organised
• Assisting with timekeeping, records, and occasional team support

What You’ll Need as a CNC Router

• At least 4 years’ experience in CNC Router Programming role
• Confident reading technical drawings
• Experience working with a range of materials like composites & woods
• Proactive attitude and team player mentality
