Job Title: Wire Person Department: Production Location: Trident Marine Systems, Willis Way, Poole Reports to: Electrical Team Leader Summary Trident Maritime Systems is an ISO certified leader in the Navy, Marine, and Off-Shore markets providing innovative Electro-Mechanical, HVAC/R, Fire Suppression, and Electric Propulsion Systems. Description Wiring of electrical assemblies and looms to IPC-A-620 in conjunction with wiring schedules and wiring diagrams. Build, assemble, wire and rework units as required. Perform a varied number of tasks within a production environment. Responsibilities The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

 To comply always with the company rules, as they apply at any time, with respect to the Health

& Safety at work regulations.

 To build and assemble wiring looms and wired assemblies with the support of the Electrical Assembly team, in accordance with written and verbal instructions and IPC-A-620 standards.

 To apply conformal coating to PCB’s in accordance with written and verbal instructions.

 Program IC’s using Dataman and Phyton programmers.

 To complete any required documentation correctly.

 To assist with training & retraining of new or existing employees.

 Housekeeping.

 Undertake IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 / J-STD-001 and other training courses as identified by your line manager.

 Undertake other tasks as identified by the business, which are generally in line with the interests and overall development of the Company as a whole.

 To work outside regular office hours when necessary to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met as necessary.
