CNC Grinder Overview

My client is a global leader in the aerospace industry and is looking for a skilled CNC Grinder to join their team on a permanent basis. They are committed to providing their customers with the highest quality products and services.  Operating to the highest standards of the aerospace industry, they manufacture and supply a wide range of products and services and are always looking for talented individuals to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace technology,  able to work independently and as part of a team, work safely and efficiently, and will be committed to continuous improvement.

CNC Grinder Role & Responsibilities:

• Able to use Surface & Thread Grinding machines (Jones & Shipman preferred)
• Internal & external grinding
• Inspect your work using a range of hand tools
• Liaising with other departments such as Quality and Design
• Previous aerospace, defence, nuclear or similar industry experience would be ideal
• Able to work from technical drawings
• Comfortable setting and operating CNC Grinding machines
• Day shift
